Hope you can join us for a special Chimay Trappist night next Wednesday the 9th of November. Along with Chimay $9 on tap!, giveaways and a raffle, there will be Chimay Trappist Cheese to try.
We will also be featuring sausages by Brooklyn Butcher Terry Ragasa of Greene Grape Provisions in Fort Greene. All sausages are made of sustainably raised pork and lamb from Arcadian Pastures in Sloanesville, NY with buns from Balthazar Bakery in NYC and condiments from local, artisanal purveyors. Chimay chalice and raffle ticket for a dinner for two at a local restaurant provided with purchase of chimay.
