We will be having another Belgian Beer night this coming Wednesday at 7PM to 11Pm as we add the delectable Belgian abbey ale Steen Brugge Tripel to our taps. $5 pours all night. Also, we will tap a keg of Rodenbach Grand Cru for the night. Anybody who has fallen in love with red Flemmish ales and is familiar with the Monk’s Cafe we have on tap should not miss this one. Our friend and bad-ass butcher Terry Ragasa will be making gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches to pair with the beer: one with rosemary chicken and Gruyère cheese and another heavier choice with a homemade bacon jam and vermont cheddar cheese. YUM!
